Return Process

  Log into your Imagi account and navigate to the order history section to select the electronic items you wish to return.

  Package Securely

  Place the device in its original manufacturer packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a valid return.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and use your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund processing.
